Coping with incontinence after surgery

Hi to any men out there who have had a radical prostatectomy operation, did you get any incontinence?
How bad was it?
How did you deal with it?
Did you get any help to over come this?
How long did it last?
I am having bad incontinence after my operation which really is a big pain to live with and getting some help, but this is very slow and it drives me up the wall peeing most of the day into pads that I have to wear.
Has anyone got any good advice or can help with how they handled it and what they did?
